How Online Training Works
My approach is different to other online trainers. I don’t hand out a generalised programme and then leave you to follow it.
I start by getting an in depth understanding of your lifestyle and background. A specific programme is then made just for you.
I’ll stay in touch with you as often as you want, for all your questions and to keep you going when you feel like quitting. That way we can make sure you’re on track for your goals every single day.
The essence is having a trainer to guide, motivate and support you 7 days a week.
Health results are gained from consistent efforts across the entire week, not from a few sessions in the gym. That’s why my online training is extremely effective.

Online Training Price – £60 per week (includes up to 3 hours of Skype time per week plus daily phone calls/texts when needed)
