Online Personal Training Prices –
£40 per week:
Starts with a 30 minutes Skype consultation. You’ll then receive a detailed exercise and nutrition plan which can be tweaked every week. You will receive daily advice and motivation.
£50 per week: You get an additional 30 minutes of Skype time with me every week.
This can be extremely effective to raise your motivation levels. I will personally teach you mental techniques so that you feel completely energised and motivated.

I am based in Huddersfield where I do personal training 1-to-1 sessions and fitness classes (see here).
