£40 per week
Starts with a phone/Skype consultation.
You’ll then receive a detailed exercise and nutrition plan which can be tweaked every week.
You will receive instructional videos personally made by me where necessary.
Personal Training At My Private Gym
I am based in Huddersfield where I do personal training 1-to-1 sessions and fitness classes (see here).
